My
Philosophy

A woman with long brown hair, wearing a brown turtleneck and a green plaid jacket, sitting on a floral-patterned sofa with a wooden wall and a lit table lamp in the background.

I’m Bridget, a Connecticut wedding photographer drawn to moments that breathe — noticing the light illuminating an interaction, the way hands find each other, the look exchanged across a crowded room.

I don’t conjure life into looking beautiful — I anticipate it to reveal its beauty, because it always does. My approach to wedding photography is documentary and journalistic at heart: noticing authentic moments with a gentle presence that never distracts. I photograph New England weddings with care and intention, creating images that feel as real as the day itself — alive, honest, and timeless.

For me, photography isn’t about posing or performance; it’s about presence. Every wedding tells its story in its own rhythm — laughter spilling out over dinner, the quiet pause before vows, a parent’s hand lingering a moment longer. These are the details I’m drawn to, the in-between moments that make your day uniquely yours.

Based in Connecticut and traveling throughout New England, I offer documentary-style wedding photography for couples who value authenticity, warmth, and connection. Whether your celebration unfolds by the coast, in the mountains, or in your own backyard, I’m there to photograph the truth of it — the emotions, the light, and the memories you’ll return to for years to come.
